How we work ## How the team runs The team works from four offices to the same routine, and the company's numbers are shared with everyone. 01 ### Weekly all-hands Every week starts with the whole team from all four offices on one call. 02 ### Monthly retrospective We go through the month together and share what we learned, including what went wrong. 03 ### Quarterly town hall Financials, KPIs and objectives are shared openly with everyone. 04 ### Code review is the job Generated or written, every line gets reviewed.
