We're hiring a Senior Product Engineer to own patient and clinician journeys end to end. You'll take a feature from a rough problem statement to production across web, mobile, backend and third-party integrations, and you'll care as much about whether a patient finishes onboarding as about the code behind it.
The rules we work under change often: prescribing requirements, data protection, pharmacy regulations that differ per country. You'll build systems that can absorb those changes without a rewrite.
What you'll do
Build and improve patient onboarding, from sign-up and medical intake to identity checks and consent.
Ship clinician-facing tools for reviewing consultations, issuing e-prescriptions and following up with patients.
Own prescription and pharmacy workflows, including handover to pharmacy partners, order status and medication delivery.
Build payments, subscriptions and fulfilment flows for our medicine ecommerce and healthcare marketplace.
Integrate with external systems: pharmacies, payment providers, logistics partners and national health services.
Design data models and APIs in PostgreSQL/Supabase with patient privacy and auditability built in from the start.
Work directly with product, design, medical and compliance colleagues to scope features and make trade-offs.
Adapt flows for new countries as we expand, without forking the codebase per market.
Raise the bar on code quality, testing and on-call practices in a small team where your habits become the team's habits.
What you bring
7+ years as a software engineer, with a track record of shipping product features end to end.
Strong TypeScript, plus production experience with React or Next.js on the frontend.
Strong Nodejs and System Design
Solid backend skills: API design, PostgreSQL, data modelling and writing migrations you'd trust on a live database.
You've built full user journeys in digital health or ecommerce: onboarding, checkout, payments, order fulfilment or similar.
Experience handling sensitive data (health, financial or personal) and knowing what GDPR means for how you build.
Comfortable moving between frontend, backend, mobile and integrations as the work requires.
You work well when requirements shift, and you ask good questions before building.
Professional English (IELTS 6.5 & above), written and spoken.
Nice to have
React Native apps shipped to the App Store and Google Play.
Telemedicine, e-prescription, pharmacy or online consultation products.
Healthcare compliance work: medical device rules, NEN 7510, ISO 27001 or similar.
Multi-country products with different regulations, languages or payment methods per market.
Subscription billing (for example Stripe Billing) and recurring fulfilment.
Supabase specifically: row-level security, auth and edge functions.
Early-stage or scale-up experience where you set up practices rather than inherited them.
