1. Who we are
This policy covers miyagami.com, run by Miyagami BV, Keizersgracht 264, 1016 EV Amsterdam, the Netherlands. It explains which cookies and similar technologies we use, why, and how you control them. How we handle personal data more broadly is in our Privacy Policy. Questions: info@miyagami.com.
2. Your choice
When you first visit, we ask which optional cookies we may use. Until you choose, only necessary cookies are set and no analytics, marketing or embedded third-party tools load. Accepting and rejecting are equally easy, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time through Cookie settings, which is also linked in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent removes the cookies we set for that category and stops the tools from loading. We keep your choice for six months and then ask again. We store an anonymous record of each choice (a random id, the categories, the date and the policy version) to show that consent was given. This record contains no IP address or other personal data.

Analytics
Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) helps us understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve it. Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off, and Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Data is kept for 14 months.
Ahrefs Web Analytics (Ahrefs Pte. Ltd.) counts visits, pages viewed and where visitors come from. It doesn't set cookies or store personal data in your browser, so it runs by default. It stops when you switch analytics off in Cookie settings, or when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.

Marketing

4. Transfers outside the EEA
HubSpot, Google, LinkedIn and Clutch may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Our HubSpot account is hosted in HubSpot's EU data centre. Ahrefs is based in Singapore.
5. Browser settings
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies, parts of the site such as the country selector and forms may not work.

If we add tools or change how we use cookies, we update this page and ask for your consent again.
