What happens after I send the request?

We reply within one working day to confirm the brief, and you get a shortlist within five working days. You don't need a sales call first.

What's in the shortlist?

Senior engineers who passed both assessments, with their scorecards, years of experience, skills and availability.

What if none of them fit?

We send more at no cost. If an engineer turns out to be the wrong fit after they start, we replace them at our cost.
