You'll use AI tools on every client project. We expect you to use agents well and to review what they produce.
Full-time on one team
Every placement is full-time with a three-month minimum, so you stay with one client team long enough to own real work.
One assessment for everyone
You take the same assessment we vet every placement against, and both scorecards are shared with the client.
How the team runs
The team works from four offices to the same routine, and the company's numbers are shared with everyone.
Weekly all-hands
Every week starts with the whole team from all four offices on one call.
Monthly retrospective
We go through the month together and share what we learned, including what went wrong.
Quarterly town hall
Financials, KPIs and objectives are shared openly with everyone.
Code review is the job
Generated or written, every line gets reviewed. We test for it when you join and hold to it after.
Regular evaluations
You get a first evaluation after one month, then one every six months, against the same criteria we assess on.

How do I apply as an engineer?
Send us your CV and GitHub or portfolio. If it fits, you'll take the same two sixty-minute assessments we use for every placement: one with AI tools off and one with your own agents running.
Where would I work?
Engineers work from our offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang. Commercial and delivery roles are based in Amsterdam, and UK client work runs from London.
What happens if I pass but there's no engagement yet?
You join the talent pool and we contact you when a client engagement matches your skills and seniority.
Get a shortlist within five working days
You share the roles and the stack in a short form or a thirty-minute call. Within five working days you get named senior engineers to review, each with both scorecards.
