Full-time senior engineers who work inside your team, in your tools, your process and your sprints. They're employed by Miyagami and based in Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City, with account management in Amsterdam.
- Vetting
Every engineer has been through two sixty-minute assessments in a real codebase, the first with AI tools off and the second with their own agents on. You see both scorecards before you meet anyone.
- What you get
A named account manager in Amsterdam, one per five engineers.
Weekly reporting against the metrics you set.
Direct access to the engineer, with no coordinator in between.
- Cost

A dedicated team works together on a product or workstream you own, which suits founders and SMEs, and a hybrid with your own people is possible. Both are priced per engineer per month.
