Every candidate goes through a detailed interview to verify genuine interest, assess English communication skills, and confirm they understand your business needs and project requirements

Cultural and Professional Evaluation

Our HR team conducts in-depth interviews focused on work experience, cultural fit, personality, attitude, work habits, and presentation skills. Before any technical testing begins.

Senior-Level Technical Interview

Our Tech Lead and CTO personally spend ninety minutes with each candidate, reviewing past projects, technical depth, critical thinking, and real-world problem-solving skills.

Practical Technical Assessment

Candidates complete a hands-on technical project within an agreed
timeframe, typically one to four days. Our senior technical leadership personally reviews
every submission to verify actual coding ability.
