The three problems we solve
The MVP trap
Most products are built to launch, not to last. Barebones MVPs hit the market and immediately require costly rebuilds to meet real user demand.
The execution gap
The vision is clear and the initiative is approved, but every team with the skills to build it is committed through next year.
The handoff problem
When strategy, design, and engineering work in silos, critical context is lost between each phase, and the final product rarely reflects the original intent.
Shipped solves all three. Done for you, built to last, no surprises.

The AI-enabled APD cycle for Shipped™
What is decided in discovery is what gets built. Shipped runs on Applied Product Discovery: AI agents carry the full project context from the first workshop into every sprint, so design and engineering work from the same decisions discovery made. No handoffs, no re-briefing, no drift. The result is the flexibility of agile with the predictability of a fixed plan.
Discovery - Sprint 1
Two weeks. Four sessions. Collaborative workshop moving from product vision to concrete features. Deliverables include the Concept Prototype (mid-fidelity), the Delivery Roadmap with Now/Next/Later and dependencies, and a Discovery Blueprint covering scope, architecture, sprint breakdown, and the full project context for the AI-enabled build.
Design - Sprint 2
Two weeks. Two sessions. The designer works within your existing Figma design system, or establishes one. Design decisions flow straight into engineering: no handoff document, no re-briefing. The final prototype is a Figma document engineering builds from directly.
Delivery - Sprint 3 to 6
Eight weeks. Four sprint demos. Engineers build against a live context layer. The same context thread runs from discovery into every sprint. Each sprint delivers a working increment that integrates cleanly into the live product. At go-live, full IP ownership transfers. Your code, your design, your product. Always.

Every product we ship is a Minimum Scalable Product. Built with the foresight to grow without being thrown away six months later.
Shipped™
Build on what's already decided. Twelve-week cycles of discovery, design, and delivery: AI-enabled, scoped tight, and structured so every sprint ships something real. Each cycle ends with working product in market, not a status update.
