Net Positive Network and partner programme
Two Webflow platforms for a food-waste initiative, its partner community and its education programmes, delivered handover-ready.
Result
Two platforms the organisations now run and update themselves, as they were designed to.
The problem behind the brief
Deloitte and the Low Food Foundation were launching initiatives to tackle food waste and promote more sustainable practices across the food system.
They needed two platforms to explain the mission and host community activity, events and sign-ups for their Young Academy programmes. Both had to follow the identity created by Havas Lemz and be built in Webflow, so the teams could take over content and updates.
How we approached the build
One team covered strategy, design, webflow, working from the same decisions from the first assessment to launch.
Strategy
Brand, content and user requirements became a clear information architecture, so visitors could understand the mission, join events and take part in the community.
Design
The flexible layouts and components are built on the Havas Lemz identity for storytelling and educational content. Working alongside the branding agency kept the focus on clarity and user experience.
Engineering
Both platforms run on Webflow with custom CMS structures for events, programmes and recurring content, so the teams can own, update and grow them without outside help.

What it delivered
Collaboration
Four partners, one workflow
Deloitte, the Low Food Foundation, Havas Lemz and Miyagami worked as one team, keeping brand, content and build aligned without slowing down.
Flexibility
CMS foundations that grow
Modular collections for events, programmes and resources make it straightforward to add content as the initiatives grow.
Ownership
Handover-ready platforms
The teams run content, events and community activity themselves, without relying on outside support.
“The agency has assisted us in maintaining and updating our websites as we developed and grew multiple initiatives. Communication with the team is easy, they understand our requirements with minimal explanation and give proactive advice.”
